When: The final mile can be run at the Kids marathon as part of the Pittsburgh Marathon
What: Kids of STEEL Program is a youth exercise and nutrition program designed to instill lifelong, healthy habits in children. Over the course of 4 months your child will run 26.2 miles(20-30 min of rigorous activity such a sport, game of TAG etc. counts as a mile) and choose fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds to taste along their journey.
