Due to snow days the End of the 3 rd Quarter date has changed to
April 2 nd . Please note the date of the Clerical Day has changed:

New This Semester!!
We will be sending home a new passage each week.
The same passage should be read each evening, for fluency practice.
In addition to the fluency practice, your child will answer two questions
per night from the passage.
Please return this weekly passage each Friday!!!
March Book Log is due: Friday, March 29th

Star Student of the Week: 

***During each child's special week they will:

*Share their "All About Me - Star Student" poster

*Be the class line leader

*Invite a special visitor to come in to read the class a short story 

*Share a small non-edible treat.

*Fill our Estimation Jar.

*Take Pete the Cat home for a weekend visit!



 Accelerated Reading Program

***Every student has been given a reading goal to reach each quarter.

Students are to read and take quizzes during school until they reach their goal!!

Students will earn 10 points for reaching their goal, at the end of each 9 weeks=:)

Students now have a new log-in: 

        user name: first and last name (no caps and no spaces)
